You can send us a one-off or monthly gift to support our family and our work. These gifts are voluntary contributions. You receive nothing in return — there are no perks, tiers, products, or membership benefits — and they are not tax-deductible charitable donations. Sending a gift doesn't create any employment, partnership, or membership relationship.
If you set up a recurring (monthly) gift, it continues until you stop it. You can stop future gifts at any time through the link in your receipt or your payment provider's portal.
Monthly support is a recurring payment that continues until you cancel. You can cancel at any time through the link in your receipt or your payment provider's customer portal; cancellation stops future payments and takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe, PayPal, and Wise. By paying, you also agree to the relevant provider's terms. Amounts are shown in US dollars and/or pounds; your provider may apply currency conversion. We're not responsible for fees or exchange rates charged by your bank or card issuer.
Because gifts are voluntary contributions, they are generally non-refundable. If you believe a payment was made in error, contact us at info@kingchillithepug.com and we'll consider it in good faith. [Adjust this to your actual refund approach.]
Any merchandise sold through or linked from this site may be fulfilled by third-party print or shipping partners, and their delivery times, sizing, and returns policies apply. Prices and availability can change. Your statutory consumer rights under UK law are not affected.
